At bwa we work to inspire action, interest and curiosity for high profile clients from Government agencies and ethical business to environmental and social change organisations. Our solutions are built on real time spent with real issues, with a focus on climate change and social awareness. Consideration of environmental and social impact underpins all of our work.

We are a small, collaborative team. We form partnerships with our clients and develop long-standing relationships, enabling us to truly understand and support their strategic goals and make real impact. bwa is an equal opportunities employer with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We understand the importance of a healthy work/life balance and work to a 9 day fortnight, with pizzas and beers on Fridays, plus we all enjoy a walk up Hay Bluff with the office dog. Work location is in the middle of Hay-on-Wye on the Welsh border with some flexibility for working from home.

If you want to make a positive difference and share our belief in environmental and social responsibility, then you may be the person we are looking for.
