We believe that your privacy and your data are important and we’re committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We promise that this personal data will only be used as we describe in this privacy policy.

Your data is handled by a specifically appointed Data Protection Officer and all directors and staff employed by bwa are aware of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed regularly.

What we hold

Your name, email address, address, business telephone number and job title on our pass-coded and secure company database.

We also hold the email correspondence we have with you and this may be archived with specific jobs that we work on with you if it is necessary and relevant to that work and our ongoing relationship with you.

Why we hold it

If we are working with you, we will communicate with you by email or phone; and infrequently we will share our news, hope to inspire you to work with us and tell you about our design services by an email newsletter or occasionally by post (if we think you may be fed up with emails).

In order to project manage jobs, we record and store relevant correspondence that we have with you in digital form.

How long will we hold personal data

We hold your personal data for as long as we need to in the context of bwa business. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, we will delete your personal data from our system.

Do we share it?

We appreciate your privacy and will not share your personal data. We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information with other companies.

Can you access it?
