our ethos

our history
bwa was founded in 1972 by John Wickham. Webster Wickham took over the family business in 1992 with a focus on the power of design making a social and environmental impact for clients.
our culture
Webster built an office that reflects his environmental principles. From the paper we choose to the suppliers we use; from food waste to electrical goods disposal; from energy consumption to community support: we work to these founding principles.
our location
Webster moved the office from Clerkenwell, London to Hay-On-Wye in 2005. Now surrounded by the dramatic views of the Welsh hills, we make freshly office-cooked pizzas on Fridays – new and existing clients are welcome!
