We are delighted to get our stickers for the National Trust's Wildlife Week out in the open this week at Newark Park. These latest I love wildlife stickers are part of a series for the property, encouraging families and children to explore and enjoy the great outdoors that Newark has to offer.
Supporting the new Plate Up for the Planet campaign we have designed for The Vegan Society, the bwa office has committed to going vegan for the week. Over half a million people in the UK are vegan and numbers are rising fast, especially amongst young people. By being vegan you can reduce your food-related carbon footprint by 50%. Chew on the fact that it is the best thing you can do to protect the planet and help stop climate change.
bwa designed the campaign name, logo, animation and all campaign print collateral.

We are looking for a junior/middle-weight talented designer who wants to make a positive impact in society. If you like dramatic views and want to make a difference, join our fast-paced design team on the Welsh borders. We design to inspire action, interest and curiosity for high profile clients across the social, environmental and heritage sectors.
Our new designer must have a strong appetite to get stuck in on all projects, step up to challenges and be keen to develop new skills and progress quickly.
The role will include:

Issue 3 of canals EDGE, the quarterly publication designed by bwa for Canal & River Trust, is now hot of the press and packed with summer activities along the canal, celebrating the 50th birthday of Milton Keynes.
If you are visiting National Trust Property Newark Park this summer, you will see our vibrant new range of stickers promoting indoor and outdoor trails for children.
New for this year's festival is the Hay Festival Foundation booklet, presenting a range of opportunities for sponsors to support the Festival for years to come.
As the weather warms (and we keep our fingers crossed…), we are as always, busy with projects for the Hay Festival. From signage to advertising, bag designs, bunting and an array of promotional materials, Festival artwork has filled our screens. Off screens, our team are busy picking an event for a bwa outing – so do bear with us if the answerphone clicks on for an hour during the Hay Festival week!
For our latest project for AHEC, we sourced extraordinary paper made from the damaging algal blooms of the Venice lagoon. This fascinatingly sustainable product, Shiro Alga Carta made by Favini is now being made from the blooms of other marine areas. Fittingly, we used it for a leaflet promoting AHEC's Too Good to Waste project at Milan Design Week 2017.
We are thrilled to have passed (again and again...) our global quality and environmental standard audits. We are proud to demonstrate to our clients that we are committed to rigorous quality management in all of our projects as well as sustainability throughout our work and environmentally friendly day-to-day business. The two-day external audits each year put our systems and processes through the mill. We are delighted (and a bit exhausted) as ever to come out on top.
