Workplace reasonable adjustments animation still 2

The purpose of bwa's latest animation for the Equality of Human Rights Commission is to encourage employees to initiate a conversation regarding reasonable adjustments within the workplace, and feel confident in knowing what they might be entitled to.

Based on the supplied storyboard outline, script and key messages, we developed a full storyboard and animation style. Our creative solution adheres to brand colours and makes use of dynamic and accessible animation. Illustrations and colour are used to present everyday objects which could be replaced by other objects to create a beneficial adjustment for an employee. The visual comparisons provoke consideration on everyday items found in a work environment which could be adjusted.

We chose not to illustrate people to ensure that our proposed creative solution is completely inclusive. A complete narrative on-screen during the animation is accompanied by an audio track.
